If you are looking for an exceptional Mule Deer this is the place to go. Our trophy hunts range from 6, 000 ft. to 9, 500 ft. in elevation. Our Base Camp sits at 8400 ft. From this camp you will be hunting some of the best Mule Deer country in Colorado. We have enjoyed close to 100% opportunity in the last 12 years. The Grand Mesa Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests boast more non-typical bucks in Boone and Crockett than any other forest in Colorado, and rank third in the state on production of typical Boone and Crockett bucks.

Chances of taking a Boone and Crockett buck in Colorado are three times as great as in any other state. You will be hunting trophy deer in the rim rocks, meadows, aspen thickets, and timber, even down to the oak brush depending on the weather and the hunt season. Be prepared to pass on some smaller but impressive bucks if you are looking for a Trophy Mule Deer!

Our terrain is versatile and we can travel to the highest or lowest point from camp in about an hour and a half. Hunts are permitted on our Grand Mesa Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forest permit (USFS).

* Special trophy deer hunt with the outfitter or head guide. You will need three to six preference points or a landowner voucher for this hunt depending on the season you want to hunt. We will be hunting for 200 class mule deer on this special hunt. Only one hunt available per year. $7500.00
