All accommodations are quoted for (2) adult occupants. When the number of occupants exceeds (2), there is an additional charge of $15 per adult or $10 per child age 7- 12. Children 6 and under stay free. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at the time reservations are made. A cancellation notice of at least ten (10) days is required to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel in less than ten (10) days, your deposit will be forfeited. There is a two night minimum on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends.Misc Fees: Lost or unreturned key - $10. Late Check out - $50. Additional service fee will be charged if excessive cleaning of cabin is required. Damaged or stolen items will be assessed accordingly.
